It had been years since Apple had given new technology enthusiasts a meeting on a Wednesday. But according to information from Bloomberg, taken up today by the specialized press, Apple would have chosen to present its new iPhone on September 7th.
Also according to information from the site, the event should be virtual, and no one will be present in Apple Park to have the first renderings, before everyone else. Apple wants to continue to keep these presentations very neat and images have already been taken over the past few weeks to present the new iPhone.
As for the phone, there should actually be 4. The models will differ from last year as the iPhone mini should make way for the iPhone Max. The device will be accompanied by a “Pro” and “Pro Max” version of the iPhone 14.
The iPhone, but also the Apple Watch for the start of the school year
Another product expected for September 7: the Apple Watch. The Apple connected watch should be the only product presented by Apple during this first evening. For the watch, the Cupertino company would have two models to present: an Apple Watch Series 8, which incorporates the features and characteristics of Apple’s connected watches. But the apple brand is also preparing the launch of an Apple Watch Pro, still very mysterious.
In all likelihood there should be no announcement made regarding the iPads and Macs which will be entitled to their own keynote in October. That’s when the final versions of iPadOS and macOS Ventura should see the light of day.
As for iPhones and Apple Watches, Bloomberg reports that the products should be available for sale starting September 16.
