On June 21, we will celebrate the international yoga day. This unique practice, which is positioned between sport and meditation, has its followers all over the world. Different currents also allow you to find your account, whether with more intensive exercises for the body, or softer, but more focused on mental well-being.
And to push you to get started, if you are not yet a regular practitioner, Apple is challenging you: on the day of June 21, 2022, validate a yoga exercise at least 20 minutes to be rewarded.
On this subject, and as always with Apple’s health challenges, you can recover a special badge to see in your trophies section of the Fitness app on iOS. Only if the challenge is completed of course.

The yoga exercise can be launched from the watch, or performed in Fitness+, Apple’s paid sports and health service. The latter is available for €9.99 per month, but also included in the Apple One bundle, which, for €29 per month, allows you to enjoy Apple Music, Apple tv+, Apple Arcade and iCloud+ in addition.
