Apple’s sports program, Fitness + was introduced alongside the Apple Watch Series 6 and SE finally has a launch date. While all the attention of the tech world was yesterday turned to the surprise release of the AirPods Max, Apple took advantage of this spotlight to give a launch date to its new service. It will therefore be from December 14 that Apple Fitness + will be available, first in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Australia and Ireland, then in the following weeks, a worldwide deployment of the sports program. ‘Apple should take place.
Apple Fitness + is available for a 3-month trial period for anyone who purchased an Apple Watch Series 3 or later since September 15. If this is not your case, you can subscribe to Apple’s program for € 9.99 per month as soon as its launch in France is confirmed. Apple Fitness + should also join Apple’s subscription “pack”, called Apple One, which therefore brings together in the United States, the six paid Apple services in a single subscription (Apple Music, Arcade, TV +, iCloud, Fitness + and News +) the latter two not being available in France for the moment.
To use Fitness + you must be the owner of an Apple Watch, at least a Series 3, the program of the Apple brand works in conjunction with the connected watch of the latter. It will be possible to play the video lessons on an iPhone, iPad or Apple TV. They can therefore be followed from home, or outside, as already shown in the video promoting the service, launched during the presentation of the latter.
