If you thought that after the debut of the new BMW M5 and M5 Competition, we were not going to see more news in the range, you were very wrong, since the CEO of BMW M, Markus Flasch, has just shown in a new video teaser the highly anticipated BMW M5 CS that we have told you so much about in 2020. More power and less weight that will debut in January 2021.
In the video you can see the news with which the model will arrive. Based on the M5 Competition, it will sport a single grill with a gilt bronze border. The model has also been equipped with yellow headlights inspired by competition and forged aluminum wheels, which are backed by carbon ceramic brakes with red calipers.
An extra cost of around 15,000 to 20,000 euros is expected compared to conventional M5s.
There will also be no carbon fiber accessories, such as rear view mirror housings, and basketball seats that we have already seen in the new BMW M3 and M4 Coupé Competition.
