These pancakes give your body protein and other nutrients you need to start the day and also to maintain weight control. They are perfect to be part of a breakfast boost your morning workouts or to go to work with the necessary fuel, feeling satisfied and without filling yourself with empty calories.

This recipe has a delicious banana flavor, in addition to this fruit you only need to add 2 eggs and a little baking powder. Although you always have the option to make them even more delicious and add a favorite ingredient, such as cocoa.

Protein pancakes


  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder


  1. Mash your banana in a bowl until creamy and smooth.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs until well mixed.
  3. Add the baking powder to the banana and then stir in the eggs. Beat to combine everything together.
  4. Heat a skillet or comal over medium heat with a little oil.
  5. Cook your pancakes until the sides are firm, in this case you will not see bubbles, then flip them over to finish cooking and remove from heat.

Serve and accompany with banana slices or your favorite fruit.
