• ½ cup brown or muscovado sugar
• 1 cup of maple syrup


For the mass

• In the blender mix almost all the ingredients, except the water. Then add the water little by little until it is well incorporated.
• Wrap the dough in plastic and refrigerate for one hour.
• On a floured surface roll out the dough with a rolling pin until you have a spread dough half a centimeter thick. Cover a pie pan and fold the edge with a fork.

For the filling

• Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
• In a bowl mix all the ingredients with a fork. Pour this mixture into the mold.
