macOS Big Sur 11.2.1 is now available for everyone

Big Sure Apple macOS 2020

As usual, Apple has just unveiled a new edition of its operating system for computers. It doesn’t offer a major change this time around, however, but rather acts as a fix. These are in particular the MacBook Pro released in 2016 and 2017 who are concerned. Indeed, they had previously been affected by a major bug that simply prevented their battery from being recharged.

The incident is therefore solved by this numbered version 11.2.1 macOS Big Sur, to be installed from the System Preferences application. Note also that Catalina and Mojave are also entitled to a refreshment.

The following betas already out

For those in a hurry, the test version of macOS Big Sur 11.3 is also available. All its novelties can be found in our dedicated article. However, it is not advisable to download it on a machine that is used daily.

iOS 14.5 and iPadOS 14.5, this time for mobile devices and also in beta, launched last week.
