CBP captured Jorge Reynoso who acted with Thalía in the Mexican soap opera Rosalinda
The mexican actor Jorge Reynoso He was detained by agents from the United States Office of Customs and Border Protection (CBP by initials in English) in Hidalgo, Texas, with alleged charges sexual assault on a minor person old.
The 62-year-old actor was detained by agents of the CBP when he was trying to cross the border by the international bridge of Rome-Miguel Alemán, in the state of Tamaulipas, according to Telemundo.
This is the second time that he has been captured, since in August 2019 Reynoso was detained in Edinburg, Texas, accused of indecency against a minor, although it was not detailed if it is the same case.
Back then, Sara Rodriguez, police spokesman for Edinburg, explained that Reynoso was accused of a crime classified as a second degree felony.
A bond of 250 thousand dollars and he was ordered to carry an electronic shackle, and he was also asked to hand over his passport, to prevent him from leaving the country.
According to the documents that were presented as a complaint, the victim is his relative and had 10 years when the events occurred in the 2006. In that complaint they described that the minor was preparing for a wedding when Reynoso approached her, sat her on her legs and began to touch her inappropriately when no one was around.
The actor has participated in novels such as “Rosalinda”, alongside Thalía, as well as Mexican films such as “My neighborhood is Tepito”, “Almoloya: life sentence”, “The cartel of Tepito”, “Inheritance of narcos”, ” Michoacán to death ”,“ The Wolf of the Border ”, among others.
