Ingredients

(Makes 2 cups)

  • 1 ½ cups raw cashews
  • ¾ cup of water
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon of salt

Preparation
