Roasted Tomato And Sardine Crostini Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 8 tomatoes cut in half
- 4 sprigs of thyme
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 slices of baguette
- 1 cup of hot mashed potatoes
- 1 can of sardines
- 1⁄2 cup sprouts
PREPARATION
1. Mix the tomatoes with the thyme and olive oil, salt and pepper them and place them face down on a tray. Bake them at 1800C for 30 minutes. Take them out and peel off the skin.
2. Toast the bread and spread a little of the puree, place half of tomato, and, lastly, a sardine. Finish with pepper, olive oil, and sprouts for garnish. It serves.
