The great salsero Johnny pacheco died in New York at 85 years of age due to pneumonia. The singer would have entered the hospital a few days ago and his relatives had asked for prayers for his recovery.

Unfortunately the singer and founder of the Fania All-Stars he lost the battle and died in a city hospital at the age of 85.
