On these hot summer days, it’s a good idea to opt for refreshing fruit-based desserts. They are not only an opportunity to hydrate you and give something sweet to your palate, but to take advantage of the benefits they offer, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

Making ice pops is the easiest to do and one way to take advantage of that fruit that is about to deteriorate and make it a healthy dessert for the whole family. You can also keep them in the fridge for a long time without deteriorating.

Mango and banana popsicles

Ingredients

  • 200 grams of banana

Preparation

In both recipes you can use frozen bananas.

Banana and mango benefits

The bananas they contain fiber, potassium, folic acid and antioxidants. Potassium is a mineral that helps muscles contract and nerve cells respond.
