Taco Bell Launches $10 Monthly Taco Subscription

Taco Bell is kicking off 2022 by launching Taco Lover’s Pass, a $10 monthly digital subscription that will allow you to redeem one of the chain’s seven iconic tacos daily for 30 consecutive days.

Between the seven options of tacos to redeem There are: Crunchy Taco, Crunchy Taco Supreme, Soft Taco, Soft Taco Supreme, Spicy Potato Soft Taco, Doritos Locos Tacos and Doritos Locos Tacos Supreme.

Taco Lover’s Pass is available for purchase starting this Thursday for members of the Taco Bell rewards program and It is obtained through the application. Tacos can be redeemed at participating restaurants across the United States.

Purchasing the Taco Bell Monthly Pass automatically unlocks a secret category in the app menu where users can choose the taco they want to redeem. The price of the pass may vary depending on the pick-up location you select.

Redemptions must be made through the Taco Bell mobile app for restaurant pickup at a participating location.

“We are delighted to offer our most requested menu through the Taco Lover’s Pass. It’s a fun way to continue to offer unique ways to reward our most loyal fans through our digital hotspots,” said Zipporah Allen, chief digital officer for Taco Bell.

The national rollout of this Taco Bell subscription follows a successful trial in September 2021 in Tucson, Arizona, where consumers were able to redeem one taco a day for 30 days. These subscription programs can not only offer increased enrollment to loyalty programs and turning occasional customers into regular customers. Additionally, people who redeem the free taco promotion are expected to add more menu items to their order, increasing purchases at the restaurant.

Sweetgreen is also testing subscription services, announced the Sweetpass program, in which customers buy a $10 subscription and get $3 off their orders within 30 days of that purchase. Sweetpass is being tested from January 3 through January 16 at all 150 locations.
