The Mitsubishi Space Star range is renewed for the new year by introducing the new engines already adapted to anti-pollution regulations Euro 6d-Full and among the novelties we must point out the arrival of the automatic transmission, a box that many users had requested.
With changes in the mechanics to comply with regulations, the block called 120 MPI reduces its power to 71 hp while the maximum torque remains at 102 Nm. Those interested can opt for the five-speed manual gearbox or the new CVT-type automatic transmission.
According to the Japanese manufacturer new Space Star 2021 reaches a top speed of 167 km / h and can accelerate from 0 to 100 km / h in 14.1 seconds while the average expense remains at 4.9 L / 100 (163 km / h, 15.8 seconds and 5.5 L / 100 respectively for the automatic).
The trim levels are called Motion and Kaiteki. The first includes air conditioning, 14-inch alloy wheels, power windows on all four doors, closing with command, control and speed limiter, trip computer, tinted windows and folding rear seat in parts.
Also standard are the sound system, USB port, bluetooth, steering wheel controls, ISOFIX anchors, LED taillights, automatic lights, rain sensor, electric mirrors, four speakers, painted bumpers and moldings, hill start assist and six airbags.
Kaiteki level adds automatic climate control, 15-inch alloy wheels, keyless access, push-button start, touchscreen navigation system, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, chrome package, mixed fabric / leather upholstery, fog lights, mirrors with integrated indicators, etc. The CVT also adds the front center armrest.
