the June 6 at 7 p.m. (in France) will take place the next edition of the WWDC in Cupertino, starting with the usual opening keynote to watch live on YouTube or on the Apple TV application. Then will follow several training courses for developers, the full program of which has just been unveiled and can be found below.
During the conference, which is also open to the general public, we should discover the new features of iOS 16 and the next version of macOS. Some analysts are also betting on the presentation of new computers, but nothing is less certain.
For app makers
Beyond the keynote, a second session this time going into more detail on technical innovations will also be launched from 10 p.m. under the name of “Platforms State of the Union“. It will be possible to discover how to take advantage of the latest software changes to improve its applications, in other words a must-have for those who wish to update their platforms.
The whole thing can be viewed from the Apple Developer service, which is free and can be downloaded from the App Store right here.
Throughout the week following the start of WWDC, Apple also announces that “activities” where it will be possible to meet its engineers and designers. They will answer participants’ questions and invite them to perform technical challenges, the names of the presenters having not yet been revealed.
The most determined can book a slot with an Apple employee by face to face, to be accompanied step by step in the implementation of the latest technological advances offered. More than one hundred and fifty group videos will also be shot, their daily publication starting June 7, the day after the keynote.
Regarding theApple Park, only a privileged few will be able to enter but admissions are already closed. If you have not been selected, you will have to settle for streaming. Don’t worry though: the last two editions of WWDC took place entirely online and the formula works wonderfully.
