According to Ross Young, CEO of Display Supply Chain Consultants, Apple’s next smartwatch could adopt three different formats. The analyst believes that it should not be “not [être] surprised” if that is the case. No source is unfortunately specified, but the one who reports these remarks is not unknown to the media. He has also seen it right in the past.
Indeed, last July already, Young had shared the precise diagonal of the sixth generation iPad mini. The device however saw the light of day almost two months later, on September 14. Other rumors have also been published by the same man previously, including proven technical information about still secret iPhones. It can therefore be considered relatively reliable.
Don’t be surprised if there are 3 sizes next year…

Several clues about the Series 8
Although it remains obviously still unknown to the general public, the Apple Watch Series 8 could also carry a thermometer. Some already assumed that this dedicated health sensor would arrive with the Series 7, but it will not. With the following edition, however, possible patients would then be able to inform their doctor remotely without risking infecting other people by going to the office. An argument that resonates particularly with the current health context.
Other hallway noises go even further, since we also speak of glucometer and blood pressure sensor. Along with the blood oximeter, ECG app and heart rate sensor, such components would then make the watch as good as some basic medical exams. Note, however, that some continue to criticize the use of consumer products to the detriment of physical consultations.
