towards adding health features?

In less than two months, Apple is organizing its traditional WWDC. This meeting will therefore be held on June 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10. As in previous years, this edition will be organized in a virtual version, even if some lucky developers and students will this time be invited directly on site, at Apple Park. As usual, we will follow the Apple Event with you and we will report to you on the various announcements.

New health options welcome on iOS 16

It’s a tradition, the Cupertino company reveals each time the new versions of its operating systems on this occasion and in particular macOS and iOS 16. And precisely, concerning the latter, things are becoming clearer. In an article published yesterday on Bloombergthe often well-informed journalist Mark Gurman felt that it could be enriched with new health features.

In detail, the insider explains as follows:

An updated version of the Health app on the iPhone this year is expected to add expanded sleep tracking, medication management and new health features for women. Apple has been working on a medication management tool that will allow users to scan their pill boxes within the app.

He adds : ” The software will monitor compliance and remind users to take their medications. But the initial release of this feature, due this year, is unlikely to include all the features Apple had in mind. “.
