Mitsubishi Motors just revealed a few minutes ago the new Outlander 2022 via a live stream live stream streamed on Amazon Live.
The model is totally new and with it comes a new design direction that will mark the brand’s future launches.

The flagship of the range Mitsubishi Motors, reinvents itself in every way, and with this new generation the manufacturer shows us a better equipped and more carefully designed model. Although we do not know the plans that the brand has in markets such as Europe, we do know that the manufacturer will release the model in North America for the first time in April 2021, underlining that other global markets will follow.
In the United States, the model will start at $ 25,795, about 21,300 euros to change.
Based on the ‘I-Fu-Do-Do’ conceptMeaning authentic and majestic in Japanese, the new Outlander has been designed to be a more stylish, higher-performance SUV.
The style debuts the design language and front face Next Generation Dynamic Shield, with muscular fenders, bold proportions and up to 20-inch wheels. Inside, the Outlander is more spacey and quieter, plus it will offer higher quality and space for up to seven occupants -thanks to a third row of seats that comes standard-.
Inside there is an interesting 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and a 9-inch central screen that is accompanied by an induction charging system and is compatible with Android Auto Y Apple CarPlay.
In partnership with a newly developed platform, the manufacturer will offer a 2.5L four-cylinder engine associated with the system. Super All-Wheel Control Mitsubishi – so far they have not told us about other engines or plug-in hybrid systems. The Riding Mode Selector allows performance and grip to be tailored to conditions through six different settings, increasing performance on and off the road. Even single axle drive models are equipped with the drive mode selector, which offers five different modes in this setting, to help drivers feel more confident in all driving conditions.
